Fukuyama Masaharu (福山雅治) – Annual Music Concert
Few years ago, there was a famous evergreen singer in Japan, his name is Fukuyama Masaharu. He has started to organise two special nights for his male fans and female fans separately.
He had that special arrangement because he thought that might have much more fun created when he was with just a group of male fans or female fans. Also, he thought that special idea could make his concert more valuable.

In Osaka, there is an aquarium club that offers two day one night observation camps for boys and girls separately. According to the aquarium, they hope the students can feel more relaxed when they are in the learning process of the Nature of Sea!
Property, Apartments, Mentions’ special contract terms
There are property companies in Japan that offer shared houses, apartments or mentions, etc. single gender rental services for men or women only. According to them, there are some reasons to support that special arrangement.
They said for those men who prefer to live in a ‘men’s building‘ because they do not expect to live with women in the same building, that means they do not want to see any female neighbourhoods around them.
Versus women, they prefer to live in a ‘women’s building‘ because they put their safety first consideration. Most of the security of the buildings are usually ‘No Men Allowed’ except a few registered family members or friends.
That unique culture of Japan, perhaps you may find nowhere else in the world!
