The Urban Renaissance Agency (The UR Chintai Jutaku) was set up in 1955 (about 66 years ago) from this year of 2021. Though the aim of the agency is to help people to get rid of poverty, nowadays, it seems to be a slight change. It can easily be seen by looking at the rental price. Some big flats cost tenants over 200,000 yen per month, also some are available for both commercial and residential purposes.

The Urban Renaissance Agency Offices (UR) are spread over prefectures of Kanto, Kansai, Hokkaido, Kyushu, etc. in Japan. The region office provides specific region house supply consultation service for citizens and some also request clients to make a booking for the consultation service.
